Wacom’s upcoming Bamboo Touch multitouch tablet has not only been spotted but prematurely bought, unboxed and reviewed, all with no official word from Wacom themselves. While the new Bamboo Touch may slot into a line more commonly associated with graphics tablets, it does not come with a pen for art input.
After watching the review, I am curious if I can set up the Touch as a secondary input. I currently use a Cintiq for my graphics and illustration work, and still utilize shortcuts. I have been thinking though that the ability to control paper position and orientation with my left would speed up my process, which was increase a great deal when I move from a mouse to the Cintiq.
